My name is Adrián Flor, and I am a culinary and pastry instructor currently serving as Deputy Director at a Vocational Education and Training (VET) center in Spain. I was born in the province of Cádiz, and from the beginning of my career I have understood gastronomy not only as a technical discipline, but as culture, identity, and an educational tool.
Throughout my professional journey, I have combined hands-on culinary experience with a strong commitment to teaching. This dual perspective has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the educational process — from technical execution in the kitchen to curriculum design and academic coordination.
In addition to my work in the classroom, I am actively involved in organizational and educational development initiatives. This experience has reinforced my appreciation for professional exchange, continuous development, and collaboration among educators as key drivers for strengthening academic projects and enriching vocational training.
